What size computer monitor do you guys prefer?

I've been using a 20" monitor for years and now it's time to upgrade. I'm trying to decide between a 27" or 32" monitor. What size computer monitor do you guys prefer? Also... I'm not a gamer.

Really depends on the seating. I'd go with the 27 cause I expect one to be rather close to the monitor.

23 / 23.8 is fine for me for work. Any bigger and you have to dart your eyes across the screen to see everything.

I personally prefer a dual monitor setup with 24 inch monitors.

I’ve had a lot of monitors, including 27” and 32”. 32” is very teetering on being too big on a desk, as you’ll have to move your head around a lot to see everything.

I’m at 27” now, and it seems like the best size for sitting at a computer desk and playing a game with mouse and keyboard.

However, if you always play with a controller, and sit back in your chair for pc gaming, I’d say the 32” is the better option.

Edit: somehow missed that you said you aren’t a gamer. Given that, go with 27”. I have two 30” at work, and they’re almost too big.
