Depends on the woman. Certain women look right with certain body types. Some can make being skinny work, some can make being thick work, some can make being chubby work. There is no perfect size. :yeshrug:

Weight is based on height

5'9" chick can be 155-165.
5'4" shouldn't weigh more than 140.

So, thick basically. You're adding 10-20 lbs on the recommended weight.

5'4" = 120
5'9" = 145

That recommended weight is for white women, black/hispanic women can carry a little more weight, on average 135-140 in a black frame will look better than 135-140 in a white frame.

I prefer in shape women, 135lbs that's been in the gym is going to be a lot more :takedat: My woman is 5'3" and change and 128lbs, wears a size 4 (36 24 38).

You know her measurements? How does she maintain a 24 inch waist? That's like Megan Fox's waist measurement. I'm jelly.

She was really skinny growing up and an athlete in HS (volleyball/swimming), she's been going to the gym for years now, I got her into it cause she missed competing and it was a good way for us to bond with a shared interest. She eats right, we don't drink soda or caffeine, her diet is mostly fish & chicken, salads and not a lot of carbs.
