The problem with "finding out" things after you die - learning new things requires brain function
I think most religious people think the "soul" (which is hypothetical, with no real evidence to suggest that it actually exist) is a sort of backup file that stores all your memories/thoughts/brain etc
Apparently this backup file does not boot up when the brain is severely damaged like in Terri Schiavo's situation. So It handles death with ease but can't fix simple brain damage while alive
go figure, I guess thats where faith comes in?
