Christian definitely did when he was ECW Champion.

Even during Matt's solo run in TNA, his matches weren't all that special.

Jeff matches are memorable because of the daredevil spots he takes

I'm just saying he's always been better than Jeff. Better talker and better in the ring

Jeff has had more memorable matches.

That is more political and how the WWE tried to rebury the hardy's and hhh's squash of jeff had an opposite effect of what WWE wanted to happen.
Then they took, advantage and used it to bury Jeff again to tna using cm punk.
Then wwe did the same to punk.
Matt was made into a laughing stock early on via the WWE book in declining to demoralizing as a man fashion.
via the clique desecrated candido using sunny playbook and he just now recovered.

The gimmick didn't last that long to produce enough good matches, though I mostly remember his US title match vs Benoit, and his WM19 match with Rey, though it would have been much better had the match been like 10 minutes instead of only 5 smh. But it was an awesome gimmick that made for a lot f funny segments until he turned into a simp to go follow Lita on

Jeff always has been awful on the mic. That's the slight advantage Matt has over his brother.

Not every superstar is a good talker. Jeff has to be really vested in whatever feud he's in to cut a good promo.

But inconsistent. His feud vs. Edge should've kicked him up the card a few notches, but Matt couldn't fully deliver. Also, all of Matt best gimmicks and character heavily relied on others to get him over.

Matt is wrestler of the year but Jeff has always had a certain it factor/charisma that Matt lacked. Matt may have been better in the ring/mic but Jeff had a quality that very few wrestlers have which explains why he was always one of the most over wrestlers of whatever promotion he's in.

As for Christian/Edge, Christian was always more talented and never got the opportunity. There's nothing Edge can do better than Christian.
