What Time Should You Leave For The Bars/Clubs Tonight?

I never went out on a Sunday, but I figure to get out the house

If it's Friday/Saturday, I'd aim to get there at 11 or latest 12. But is 11 to late to show up to clubs/bars on a Sunday?

I really don't wanna get ready and go out, just to be at a dead spot.
