I have a tendency to be a night owl at times (got it from my dad) so I can stay up between 2-3 am at the latest. My normal sleeping pattern is between 12:30-1a. The only way I'll go to sleep early is if I had to get up early and I'm tired. If I go to bed around 9-11p then I'm going to end up waking up out of my sleep around 2-3a and then it takes me another 3-4 hrs before I can go back to bed. 
Last night I went to bed at 1am.
Didn't go to sleep until 3
Had to get up at 7

Usually up between 6:00-7:00 and out by 12:30-1:00. Need to start sleeping more.

It's really not purposeful.. Like when I try to go to sleep at a certain time, my body be funny and just says NO...

these days its past 2am or 3am, wake up before 1pm if i aint going anywhere

If i fall asleep around 9pm im up from 1am til 4am. Get another hour and a half sleep and go bout my bidness. If i make it thru 10pm i get a full nights rest (for me) until almost 5 a.m.
