What to do when a dog keeps killing other dogs?

My brothers gf has a pitbul that she loves, but that muthafucca stay killing dogs. Ever since I came back to Dallas last year that nikka done killed atleast 4-5. Even killed a neighbors dog up the street

They just got a new puppy a few weeks ago, and he just killed it today.

There are a million other types of dogs that are known for loving family friendlyness, yet folks LOVE the most notorious,violent, fighting, unpredictable, muscle freak dog there is.

That dog probably needs to be put down unless they are going to invest in some serious training.

When you have a dog like that you have to start training as a puppy. By training I mean putting the dog in its place like randomly going upside the dogs head to let them know you run shyt. But not flying off the handle or causing the dog real harm just a tap to keep them on their toes.
