I like his analysis of the problems a lot. I'm not so sure about the solution. It would be an improvement but I feel the main inequities and problems would still remain. The big dogs would have less power in that world but they'd still be the ones best able to maximize the power. It's sort of like "fixing" wealth inequality with a progressive tax rate. While it's better than nothing, it doesn't solve the underlying issues. And it seems insanely hard to implement so "better than nothing" isn't a great gain for something so hard to make happen.
But perhaps it would change more than I imagine. He obviously knows more about the system than I do.
