What Type Of Jobs Does A Health Care Certification Get You? (Like Heath Care IT & ETC?)

I'll be done next month with my regular IT class. However, in July I will be taking my A+ because right now with stress and etc I won't be ready. Anyway, I've heard of certs in Health Care and I always wanted to get into more than one field. I don't want to go to college to get a degree, but I wanna open up the market to myself to get a job in healthcare. Because I was told you will always have a job in the Health Care field. So, what types of jobs can you get in the healthcare field with a cert and without doing the whole degree thing? Plus, I love working with people.

I just got hcispp in January 2015, the main jobs I have seen in have been IS auditors, or compliance officers. I work for cms government contracts, so it helps in my field.....

It's decent pay, I started off around 55k, with the potential to earn allot more with experience....
