For anal, it depends if you're trying to ease your entry or if you're trying to make your partner more comfortable. As a woman, I think Pjur Back Door is the best for anal. It sorta numbs the area but not too much, and it last a long time. I don't know how it feels on a dikk though, but I haven't heard any complaints.
