see im a different type of worker than that even though i feel you but your probably comfortable and secure at your job and content with your position but I like learning shyt so if i have to do my job and my supervisor job ill do it for a while until i don't get promoted or i can use what i learned to get a better position thats what im talking about thats building your resume i use shyt on it looking like I'm a manager if I'm doing those things

I totally understand and can relate, but i'm in the same position and I was when I had that review and its the highest i can go at my job unless i become a Sup (pay not worth it) or get a degree to move up (Which im working on). Im building my resume in other ways, just stuck in a position thats a job not a career.
