Umar is out here going live every 3 hours, doing youtube interviews bragging about where he's traveling to, he's not running or hiding yet you cats still insist that he's a criminal?

He's probably traveling around the country with the money from the FDMG donation account.

You're doing exactly as blame deflecting entails by attempting to deflect attention away from Dr. Umar Johnson and to other issues in the black community such as white people, donald trump, and the black churches. It is a classic pre-programmed argument by the Umarians to find a way to somehow get the heat off their master.

And it is very similar to Tommy Sotomayor saying that we shouldn't focus on his hate speech towards black people, but to black people in the hood messing things up.

Before you start a kickstarter campaign for something as ambitious as a school, I would assume that you have some money saved up to go to the project.

Lets say for instance I needed 50k for any random project on kickstarter. It would make sense to already have 10k saved up going to that project if you were really serious about it.

Umar had a noble idea (though there are other black charter schools in the US already) and good intentions

But he got caught up in his own hype.

His arrogance shows in his speeches, his vernacular on his videos, his unwillingness to be honest and humble about the school’s progress, and his lack of a tangible plan with other credentialed educators.

He doesn’t want to build a successful school for young black boys, he wants the CREDIT, for building a successful school for young black boys. And that will cost him his intentions

So If the community donated become highly critical of it, which btw most people with these umar videos haven't donated 1 dime to the school, but school districts with millions of our children attending, not much to be said?

Look I'm not the full umar supporter I did donate a few years ago, but you have guys who have been chastising every move since the beginning, and I'm sorry black people dont have a issue with donating to black businesses, our issue is we have made it routine to spend our money at the gas stations, Walgreens, Walmart's, McDonald's, popeyes, nail salons, beauty supply stores, dollar trees, family dollar, and being duped by predatory lenders who surround the black community and keep us in debt. We making vodka companies rich as hell, but in here blowing a gasket over umar and this school. Let focus more on black folks getting out of long lines for a dam chicken sandwich, umar the least of the issue here.

If I went to a Pakistani owned liquor store and gave them money for a pack of Swishers... And they took 1 hour to give it to me I would have been critical about 5minutes in even if they showed me an invoice stating they did in fact order Swishers wholesale and had them in inventory. I would have been critical all the way if the transaction didn't match up to reasonable expectations...

Dr umars work on the school doesn't match reasonable expectations... Having a clear concise plan is reasonable. Having a property in need of repair before you even have a plan to repair it is not reasonable.

The only people he is fooling are those who have no experience in management or running a business/Enterprise.

Salute Common Sense Eli, he did a lot of legwork for this. Umar doesn’t own this property nor is he in control of it. Which is probably for the best. If anything they should let him be a consultant or administrator if they really are working to get it open.
