I'm willing to give defense a pass because of the injuries. Even though, they should've gave Allen help over the top.
Offense doesn't have much of an excuse though. Oline is healthy and looking like trash. Qbs all look like trash. Kittle Aiyuk and Mostert are the only ones doing anything, really.
Teams have 19 games worth of tape from last season on Jimmy and these zone runs.

Niners looked pitiful in that loss. Jimmy can kick rocks, the o-line looks like shyt, and Kyle Shanahan got paid off of one good year and CHOKING in the Superbowl. My biggest fear with Shanahan being the coach came true and he brought that Superbowl choking shyt to my Niners

No excuse on the D because Saleh should have pulled Allen after the first TD. Dude had no business starting period end of story. 21 points is a lot to give up out the gate. All because of one man.

He needs an OC. When the HC is the OC it rarely works well. I used to go through this when I was an FSU fan with Jimbo. They become predictable. If the average fan can see what play you are calling, what do you think a Pro defense is going to think?

If what Grant is saying about how Kyle passed on Watson and Mahommes is true than we are in trouble. That's a classic case of not keeping up with the times. It's not just black QB's that are mobile now, but the white ones also. Josh Allen and Daniel Jones comes to mind.
Jimmy can still succeed, but he will need the O line to block way better. And their needs to be a star WR like a TO or Jerry. 49ers do not have that by far.

I don't think he'll ever let someone else call plays. That is his calling card I've been saying he needs someone else to call the plays. He's doing too much look at Andy Reid right now with Eric Bieniemy and all their success.

Can’t say that while anointing Jimmy. I’m not tied to any of these QBs. I saw right through Nimmy a long time ago. I was against giving him that contract after proving nothing. Mullens looked like Jimmy. Neither are starters but one is WAY cheaper and more stable. Jimmy is making $27m a season dude. I would take Mullen’s making league minimum over him and find a new qb in the draft or FA

Kaep is done but what I didn’t understand was Kyle didn’t even bother considering him and went out here and drafted CJ way high and signed Hoyer. That shyt was telling. Not to mention his obsession with Cousins.
Mobile qbs are the wave. Harbaigh saw it almost 10 years ago. Kyle still wants statues.
