What up with all these updates now in gaming???

I can't even quick play a game like back in the day without waiting 10 to 20 minutes for a damn update depending on the damn video game. Shyt is baffling. I bought my son a Xbox 360 and it took over 1 Fukkin hour to configure every damn thing from system update to game update to entering your profile. Damm we getting fuKked now.

I know, right? Thats one why I barely play anymore.

Every time I turn my PS4 on I receive a notification saying that (insert game here) is updating. And it's like 300-400 megabytes. Then I pause it so I can use my full Wi-Fi speed to go on Youtube/Netflix.

Takes me days to download mandatory game updates that are so small.

I'd say something but I know you'll just go into defense mode.

On PS3, updates were horrendous. shyt took forever.

On PS4, updates are lightning quick which is dependent upon your internet speeds. It takes literally no time to download and install updates.

Going by how I've personally witnessed long and prolonged installs on X1, I'd say that's the issue.
