I know the reggaeton scene was poppin in the mid 00s but the dudes he was signing was :trash:

Aztek was :trash: and a fraud

Tru Life was real in the streets but wasn't gonna blow up

I forget the rest of them, I think NORE dropped a reggaeton album with bad Spanish :pachaha:

well Nas was getting alot of rican/latino/hispanic support with Fat Joe and having Pun's mural in his videos. I think this was a business move on Jays part to capture that audience before it was too late.
