Imo Horizon. Reminds me of age of ultron. It looks like a world where robots have taken over earth. It's open world too so I hope no area is empty and those robots are everywhere patrolling for humans

I know this wont be the popular choice, but sea of thieves impressed me the most. Those are Pixar status graphics.

That water is the most impressive water I've seen in a game. You can even see the fog/mist rolling over it.
