What was the last thing you cried over?

I mean boo-hoo, tears running down your face, snot rivers out your nose, shaking uncontrollably, type of crying. When was the last time this happened, and what was it over? We, as black men, have to remember that we're entitled to our feelings. We shouldn't push them under the rug for anyone/thing. So this thread is for us all to let it out.

The last thing I cried over was from a bunch of negative thoughts while dealing with my depression a few years ago. I remember sitting at the end of my bed with my head in my hands. This was the lowest I had ever been while dealing with my depression. I felt like the world was coming to an end. I can't really explain it, I just felt so lost. It was the worst feeling I had ever felt. I was crying like a baby. Felt so alone in this world. After I let it all out I became numb. I will always remember that day. Such a sad day, it was.
