$4500 to replace a module in my G37. It was under warranty though
Yesterday I got a low coolant warning in my BMW. I don't think I ever had to refill coolant in a car since I been driving, usually getting it topped off during oil changes has been enough. Hope it's not the infamous leaking coolant problem BMWs have. Pray for me brehs


Same. I dumped my G37 on CarMax for $5k during the pandemic. That module problem mentioned above had me in the dealership on a monthly basis because they couldn't fix it. The dealer literally advised me to dump the car on somebody else :dead:

Was it the module in the drivers side footwell?

no, the sunroof drained under the glove box which also had some kind of electrical module there (Body control module I believe, BCM). so it would get wet and short circuit. They replaced it but it kept happening. If you have a G37 look into it, it's a known design flaw with hella stories/suggestions about it online

I meant passenger side but yea that’s the one that fries when the sunroof drain gets clogged.

Timing chain went on my 2003 Highlander. Dropped a new engine in it for $4300. shyt was old and got run down but never had any major issues before I scrapped it a couple years ago.

$1000, had to replace a water pump. I've gotten less mad about it because that shyt actually has lasted long

My 2016 Q50 turbos blew. I don't know how much the turbos were to replace alone because the car was still under warranty so they replaced the engine as well. Turbos, engine and labor turned out to be $33k.


About 5 months after the cpo warranty expired and at only 77k miles, the transmission failed:beli: cost to repair was about $9k. Sold that bytch to a sucker for a "steal" who never went past 2nd gear on the test drive lmfao I'll never buy another Infiniti again, fukk Nissan too atp

I hate nikkas that do shyt like this

I buy and sell 20+ cars a year. Nothing worse than a seller that dumps problems on someone else without letting them know what the problems are
