What was the point of Lebron playing with a star to bench him in favor of shooters?

I understand it/always understood it, shooters compliment Lebron's game......but people didn't seem to like that approach in Cleveland, they said he needed to play with a star.

For you guys that thought Lebron teaming with star would help his game more than players who compliment his strengths, what changed?

people are only complaining because wade cant do shyt, nikka is flabby n sick missed shots = defensive rebounds, which either leads to a fast break or the spurs can set up and get 2 points or 3

...he needs to play with another star who is able to shoot the ball outside of the paint. 2013Wade has a man sagging 7-8 feet off him, most other "shooting" guards can make people pay with that..

This is a ignant ass thread....

Obviously it situational. Some times Bron plus shooters work and sometimes the big 3 works. Fortunately the heat have a lineup that can support both styles. And obviously it's working since they made the finals 3 years in a row.

If this were the Wade from March it's one thing, but this dude right now still has the mindset that he should be sharing the rock with Bron, when that's just not the case.

He's not 100%, so if anything a lot of his touches should be going to Bosh.

im not sure if it really matters what wade it is. bron is so dominant that imo the best play is putting guys around him that make it easiest for him to play the game the way he wants to play...... but dudes knocked that approach before.
