Pretty sure ive told this story before but man, xmas 96. I vehemently asked my mom for an N64 with WCW/NWO REVENGE aka the HOTTEST and BESTEST wrestling game at the time.
I even went so far as to go get my friends cartridge and show her the damn thing, no way she could fukk it up.
Right?
Man I went to that tree and opened the biggest present I saw, thinking "Thjis is it!"
Opened that shyt up and it was a playstation. I literally remember saying "Mom I asked for a N64, whats a playstation?"
(Years later I would find out that, my biological father had purchased it, and not her)
I felt so defeated
I stared at that playstation for a few hours before I finally hooked it up in my room. 
( I was young and spoiled, not stupid tho

I think my first games were frogger, monopoly, and crash bandicoot. Of course, after playing the first two, I was pretty much

But then, it clicked, I played crash and was

Oh man, there was another Xmas where I got pokemon red ( or was it blue) and a new Gameboy with a bunch of batteries. Pretty sure I played that game boy non stop that day. Ended up running out of batteries and having to jack the ones out of the tv remote
and then there was the xmas were my ps2 broke like 2 weeks before xmas, moms had gotten me DBZ budokai 3, and I couldn't even play the shyt
Had to go over my homeboy house and "share" with him

It was like some Kmart brand one too. I wasn't really a picture taker like that so I was wondering what made her get it. Its still in the box to this day
