Not at all. I think it's 97 and under. I was born in 96 (the beginning of the year, one month past 95) and grew up with 95/94 people because I skipped a grade. The 95 people are ok but a lot of the people born near the end of 96 and in 97 are kind of annoying. 98,99 and early 2000's babies (basically all of the kids who are in hs right now) are the worst.
& you must be born in the 90's too. A generation doesn't cut off in the middle of a decade. & I think 20 or 30 years is a generation, so you would be included in the generation that you think is the "woat" generation.
