I'd go with the pass in the NFL. I've always had a good arm but I know my mechanics compared to an NFL QB are absolute trash and I don't have the vision and quick decision making of an NFL QB.

I think I'd get sacked, deflected, or intercepted.

I don't think there's any way in hell I'm touching anything one of the best baseball pitchers ever throws let alone hitting a clean fair ball.
