Lowkey, i almost bought some by mistake earlier this year In august
the sale fell off due to unrelated reasons, but i learned only a few weeks ago that the reason that land was so unusually cheap was because it was downwind of the nevada blast sites. Feel like i dodged a bullet. Dont know what id do with the land, knowing that the underground water aquifers were basically cancer soup
