There was a young black guy, trillionaire, Steven hawking/tony stark muthafukka who built a Stargate found a large tropical beautiful planet. Spent almost all his resources and cultivated the planet, in secret, built ships, FTL worm hole drives, and got frustrated with the plight of black people and fed up he had a worldwide broadcast.
And basically unveils he found this place for all the black people on earth, but you could only bring like two suitcases full of stuff, you could live in a tropical Paradise, never work a day in your life again, work if you choose to. But there wouldn't be currency it would work on a barter/trade system, clothing is synthetic and food is plentiful and healthy.
On the conditions, there is no crime, no religion and you spent your time in the pursuit of sciences and upliftment of all black people. And only black people... And white people will not be invited unless under special circumstances ie marriage or children...
