What would have happened had D- Rose not got injured?

Brehs last nights game had me thinking... What would have happened if Derrick Rose wouldn't have got injured

He was my favourite player till he got injured and was then out for 2 years for two separate injuries!

Would he have won another MVP? Would Chicago be number 1 in the east over the Cavs?

Butler probably wouldn't have exploded onto the scene because Rose would still be handling the rock way more.

Nothing changes. The Bulls weren't better than Miami Heat ever even with healthy Rose.

They struggled in that series against the Heat in the 2011 CF because there was no secondary scorer but Pau was/ is great offensively.
