An entire generation of people would need to be born and never gain knowledge of past history. Those people would have to be isolated and allowed to become the foundation of a new society void of knowledge of past history and also negative stereotypes of each other

Black culture is loved and pecked at by everybody but Black people don’t get the same love. The lack of respect is due to the imbalance of power. If anyone else comes to power Black people getting left behind In any scenario of “fair growth” the situation of black disenfranchisement isn’t addressed either. It would be a must for Black people to be on the absolute top.
Comes up everyday here how welcoming and inclusive Black people are, so I honestly believe no body would have to worry about retributionor imperialistic behaviors. Black people just want what’s owed
Then it wouldn’t be appropriation when all agency is owned and culture is authentically directed by Black people. Black people would be controlling laws, institutions, property, etc. correcting the ills of the past like the brehs down south removing confederate monuments.
