What would it take for you to start watching soccer?

I respect the game of soccer and the athletes that play it. But soccer is so boring to watch. 0-0 ending games 1-0 games Running around for 2-3 hours without scoring and the ball keeps getting kicked out of bounds Extreme flopping. 20 different leagues. i dont understand how people can sit through an entire soccer game/match

Granted there are some great athletes that play soccer, the speed, footwork and agility that many soccer players have is tremendous. But I feel alot of the talent is essentially wasted and is not maximized. I think that if there were less players on the field and there was no offsides and more scoring, I may watch soccer.

I watch soccer but only if it's the highest level of competition. I can't get into that MLS shyt because it's too obvious that we are watching AA and AAA ball players out there.

It's simple for me. If the games came on at a decent time I would watch a lot more but it looks like EPL comes on Sunday mornings and afternoons here.. that's NFL time for me.

I always try to catch the Champions League when it gets closer to the final. Sometimes it'll be on at 2pm or 3pm here.. it's possible depending on what time I get home from work.

i dont watch MLS cuz its corny. all the singing and chanting is a rip off of euro shyt. then they name teams "Real Salt Lake" wtf..
i watch the uefa tourney and other world cup type of shyt but MLS and the mexican soccer shyt is all trash.

that's how the game is worldwide. it's not euro, it's the sport itself. even japanese and korean people go ham in the crowds after being all rigid in a suit and tie after a 12 hour work day

but a lot of supporters' clubs do imitate foreigners, although it can also be said that many of the MLS supporters' clubs are made up of or at least started by immigrants

If you think soccer is boring and american football is more exciting, you're a fool. You get 1 hour of playtime with 3 hours of the same advertisements vs Soccer which is two 45 min halves of no commercials with a 20 min halftime.

Soccer has formations and strategy in place but plays are made on the spot with player creativity. Not with some book that is read before the game telling people where to run. It is truly an art and if you don't appreciate the sport you lose.
