Everything that's powered or has moving parts needs to be maintained. From pumps, to transformers to various tanks, pv's, etc

The house as a whole needs to be maintained. If you've ever owned a house, then you know, there's always something that comes up wether it's rotted wood or broken windows

Umm I'd figure out a way. From what I'm seeing it shouldn't require much maintenance. I lived in houses 22 years and maintenance really isn't a big deal. Maybe fixing a pipe here and there. I'll definitely take one of these and be self efficient and not have to report to work to maintain bills.
