Here is what I would do:

Keep Deron and Lopez. fukk the bullshyt, as long as you have those two, you can build a team for the next 5-6 years.Of course pending on Lopez's health.

I would think about sitting Deron for his health by ASB.

Trade AK, Pierce, and KG.

Trade AK for a late 1st.

I would trade him for Perry Jones, Ryan Gomes, and a late 1st. OKC might say yes.

Trade Pierce to Charlotte for Ben Gordon and a 2014 2nd rounder.

Trade KG to Detroit for Charlie V. and Jonas J.

Improves the youth and depth of the team for the future.

Bring that highly rated Euro

Draft a wing. Kyle Anderson, L. Ross or Markel Brown

Pierce getting traded is unlikely unless it's to a playoff team who is willing to pay his contract. Go look around the league, not many options.
KG has two years left on his deal. His will be even more of a challenge and he has a NTC.

LAL is tight and what they want to Gasol. Pierce ain't it. They want something valuable which is why they refuse to trade him.

You can feel free to tell me what you think, I will just give you be reasoning behind it.

Lopez, Johnson, and Williams is a nice framework. They're not going to be able to touch the free agent market until they're all gone so since this year is a wash, they should be open to trading KG, Pierce, Terry for anything they can get in return. A decent player with a terrible contract would be a huge pickup.

If I'm billy king I realize the nets are fukked and just sit and collect a check until I'm fired...if the Russian told me he wanted to go another direction with me as the gm I'd do the following.

Then I'd see if piru, kg, terry, would accept buyouts.
