Coaching. College coaches get paid pretty good. 1 milly isn't too bad for a savings, but I would want to maintain a good level of income. 3 kids is a lot. Enough to wipe out half the savings in 10 years.

shyt I might just be a PE teacher and coach at the local high school. Money wouldn't be great but I'd have summers off and time for my Kids. A Mil in savings can still go along way.

for basketball, i'd keep playing overseas and soak up knowledge
then get into coaching when i hit 40 or so
so many opportunities- basketball is a global game

if it was football, i'd walk away and get a straight job in the workforce
too many ex-footballers
