If they're not making eye contact I dont' care, people can be in their own head often times. But if they make eye contact or stare a bit long I get annoyed. I hate for someone to stare at me and then just not nod or say anything if I acknowledge them. That comes off weird.

Yo THIS shyt PISSES ME OFF and I come off visibly angry when they do it. I seriously wanna fight people for this. They stare at you and you acknowledge them and they just keep staring. fukkin social misfits man. They never learned it's not polite to stare and I wouldn't even mind that much if they just gave some form of acknowledgment because I don't know if their stare comes from a place of hate or love.
