I don't know if you all have a thread like this, but I'd like to keep one ongoing throughout the season. I know there are SOME of us who like College football more than NFL, so I figured it would be good to separate the two.

That being said, it's all just fun and predictions, but who knows maybe you can win and help another coli member win money as well.

So what do you all have for Week 1 so far.

Haven't placed any bets as of yet, but so far I'm fairly confident in....

Alabama Vs West Virginia (Under 56)

I'm really not feeling that -27 for Bama. Not that I don't think they wont cover it, I just feel like the under is the a safer play. I could see Bama struggling just a bit on O breaking in a new QB. I see the defense being good off the bat.

I'm thinking 30-0, 33-7, 38-13 42-10. I really don't see West Virginia scoring more than 17 even if we completely shyt the bed, and I don't see Bama 55 on opening day, if the game is a wrap at half time Saban will call the dogs off.

Mississippi -10 vs Boise St.

TeamRankings.com actually has Boise St. +10 with a three star confidence score, which is generally the highest score that they give. To that I say....SHOW ME. Yeah Boise St. is bringing back a lot of the team from last year. But no way in hell do they keep it that close in a the Georgia Dome first game of the season in the heart of SEC country. Mississippi is loaded. And although I don't think Bo Wallace is great, I think the pieces around him will make him look better than he actually is at times this year.

I don't think they roll, Boise St. But anything less than a Two touchdown win would be a real disappointment.

FSU -18 vs Oklahoma St.

The only thing really giving me pause is the fact that the game is played in Dallas. Seriously that's it. I can't think of a reason FSU wins this game by less that 24 points. I don't know, maybe they might just be trying to be nice or something. Oklahoma State likes to score and despite losing a lot of talent on the defensive side of the ball, But FSU is no longer in rebuild mode this team has simply reloaded on that side of the ball, having probably the best corner-back duo in the country, none of which bodes well for a team that lost its starting QB and its top two Wide-Receivers.

So those are my three locks..feel free to correct me if you see otherwise. and be sure to leave your pics as well

Would love to see this thread blow up.
