Kobe fans don't care about another player being considered better than him. They just want it to be someone who is as skilled as Kobe was. Someone with Kobe's skillset cannot be less than a player whose go-to-move is to run fast and jump high, who flops, who crab dribbles, who travels all the time, who still lacks post moves, who is a stat-padder in the East, who can't win without superteams, who runs away twice when things get tough, who gets punked by Jason Terry, who gets punked by his teammates, who won a Bronze medal, who Kobe saved to win a Gold medal, who loses 5 chips, who has the player at his position winning FMVP multiple times, etc, etc, etc.
