Outside of Miami? hmmmmmmm, I think honestly Id give it up to Orlando just cause they got UCF and tourist/transient shorties and local bad ones. After that, Broward, I dont count Fort lauderdale lol not that many bad bytches in "Fort Lauderdale". Tampa after that.
