Where is this filmed? The south has tornado like weather coming so it's windy as fukk. Birds react to weather so maybe that can explain it. Birds post up in trees and if the trees blowing around they won't post up there.
I used to live out in the country and when hurricane or tornados came thru they did this but not to this level. In the country it's less buildings for them to post up on.
