It is an undescribeable feeling about having your own shyt, being able to talk around naked, and doing wtf you want cus its yo house that folks be sleeping on.You can keep the thermostat on the temp you like, leave shyt out and come back and its still there, have peace and fukkin quiet, etc.

Survive the drought
THE shyt BREH!
Just this weekend, met a girl at a friends party. Most nikkas at 23 still got roommates. First thing she asked was, "You got a roommate." I was like fukk nah. She came over, smashed all weekend all over the spot with no one to interrupt.
And that's been life for the past year breh.
And then if you live in a poppin' city when girls come in town and they wanna stay with you so they don't have to get a hotel
Being able to throw house parties and have girls come through then too. If you get 'em drunk/high enough, pretty much just yours for the picking for the night since they'll prob just stay over.
Make sure you have a nice living room set up happening though. Big TV, some visually appeasing shyt for the masses to feel comfortable with. Gotta have a couch an shyt. Can't just be in the crib by yourself and bring new chicks home and expect they are gonna feel comfortable going straight to the bedroom if you just met 'em. People only do that when they want privacy and since privacy is already established by the fact that you lived by yourself, it'd prob come off a lil creepy.
Get a couch with a chaise too. So you can fukk on it, leave her body there and then have the rest of the couch for yourself.
