Whats really stopping you from doing what you love?

I don't know man. Sometimes I think it would be easier to get into this property flipping if I just got fired and had to do it. I got complacent in the corporate world because I make good money. But I'm just gonna be honest, the real reason is I think im too afraid to jump out there and fail. I have a family and really want to show my girls how to run something. I feel a change coming but I need that extra kick to leave my comfort. To the people that are doing what they really love, what was the breaking point where you just did it? To the people out there that haven't made the jump yet, whats stopping you?

Finances probably. I love my job most days but my passion is probably something in the arts, but I wouldn't and won't build my future around that. Just doesn't seem wise.....
