I'm broke and I need a job. I'm not trying to be picky but I'd like work two jobs and have at least one out of the two that pays weekly.

Hang out with day laborers (Hispanic) for general labor (landscaping, cleaning). You get paid the same day.
Waiter at a restaurant, you get to keep your tips the same day but credit card tips go into your paycheck.

I worked the register at a car wash and it paid weekly...all I did was drive the cars up on the rack, or if it was real busy other detailers would drive em up for me, and hustle the most expensive car washes. Most people with nice whips got the most expensive joints anyway, so it was too easy.

I got paid comission off that, plus my min wage hourly rate, so every week I would make about $400-500+ off working only 16-20 hours a week. It was a little slower in the winter and faster in the summer but if you got mouthpiece you can eat good year round

There are just a large group of Hispanic dudes who hang out near a 7-Eleven or mini-mart or corner of a busy street. Landscaping and building contractors come by every morning during the weekdays and look for laborers, nothing skilled. They work for a day. Then, they get dropped off where they were picked up and paid.
If you don't get picked up, you don't make money that day.
