I stopped at Black Ops 2 or MW3 whichever came last

Grand Theft Auto online showed the way. It just seems like COD is an old world business model. Hell Activision has other shooters that don't follow that annual $70 model that are a success.

Old world making new world money tho, you do realize they caking off it. And if they decided to go fully transaction based they'd get paid that way too. Yes, they can get even more money if they do it right but who even wants Activision to win? All that will do is lead to other companies attempting to copy the business model instead of creating innovating new games

I think it's time to start skipping years like Assassins Creed does. They can't keep this up much longer without destroying the series.
