Join a rom forum because they last longer.
What are some good ones? Been trying to get in on a good rom private tracker for years
I have no idea where to find roms officer 
I suggest you use your brain to your upmost ability to Google said Rom forums sir. I can't name one off the top of my head cause I haven't needed any. I also don't like posting them because this forum is public and linking it could be trouble.
