VH1 Soul. Shows old school & current R&B/Soul/R&B/Caribbean music videos and then will sneak in some good music documentaries. They do marathons on artists birthdays like MJ/Whitney/Prince. Saw a great documentary about Prince and the Minnesota music scene on his birthday a few years ago. It used to be commercial free but now they show the same weight loss commercial about 4 times an hour
