what’s the best card to get for racking up flyer miles

My guy was telling me to get some southwest card.. he said his OG got one and she started with 50k point which was enough for about 3 flights..

Any suggestions

My girl has the Gold Amex Delta card, you get 30K miles with $1K purchases in the first 90 days... I think you get 2-4x miles on every purchase at participating stores

If you live near a Southwest hub, meaning an airport with majority Southwest flights, then go for it. Different airports are hubs for different airlines, so depending on where you fly out you would choose that card. I choose Star Alliance, because they have the hub at my closest airport. But I'm more about cashback now, than miles.
