what's the best Vacation spot?

Its about that time wifey and I are planning a vacation. Just want get you guys opinions on some of the best places you've visited. Ive been on 3 cruises so we are not really looking into that.

I was thinking about one of those inclusive resorts or just change it up and do some across the world travels.

In terms of resorts, Been to Cuba and the Dominican, and would recommend both. Dominican is a little pricier (if we're talking Punta Cana) but the beaches and food is much better.

Spent a week in Rome last year and loved it, highly recommended as far as sight seeing and cultural aspects.

I stayed at Gran Bahia in Punta Cana and the food was the worst food I ever had in my life.

Relative to other areas, it's a pretty safe place. Certainly more than Mexico and Jamaica, where I wouldn't travel to right now if you paid me.

Tourism $s are a big part of the Dominican's economy, so they try to make sure nothing bad happens to people visiting there. They want to maintain a good reputation.
