What’s the best way to make new friends as an adult?

My best friend two days ago got so comfortable and disrespectful to me for the most pettiest shyt.

I called him out and he kept at it. Then gave a half ass reason as to why. Apologizing without apologizing. nikkas with big egos move. Not that I need the apology but you’re like a brotha so I ain’t even mad or resentful. Just felt humiliated even tho it was just us. I was like I’ll see ya around breh.

Didn’t give each other daps.

Anyways as far as my small clique it’s him and 3 more nikkas.
Honestly I feel too embarrassed to see that nikka if I hit any of them up.

Im introverted, shy, and have anxiety.

New job I might get this week is filled with way older people. I doubt I’ll ever be hanging out with them after work plus they mostly cacs lol.

just be consistent and people will eventually fukk with you. I made some close bonds by going to Central Park roller skating meetups years ago. I was introverted as well but showing up every weekend and being cool resulted in genuine friendship.

or coworkers/relationships with an SO's friends

you're not outgoing. you not just gonna make friends with some random dude at the park or outside the gas station chillin.

maybe if you take some classes or something you might make some friends there.
