What's the consensus on Young Jeezy's best 3 albums?

I just ordered Young Jeezy - TM101 Thug Motivation for a mix reference CD.

I heard it's one of the best mixed/mastered hip hop albums.

I also love the track Bury me a G although it's not on TM 101.

Edit: I google searched Coli for this and couldn't find a direct topic. My bad if there was one or several! Lol

Thank you and everyone else who added to this thread.

If anyone else wants to keep replying/ confirming the overall agreement please do!

I'm going to check all of these. I heard alot about The Recession album that it's great.

It's cool that he has at least 3 very dope albums. Good list and number to appreciate.

I've been watching the videos for the main singles of these albums. Beyond incredible!

I love East Coast primarily but grew to love other regions.

Musically this still keeps boom bap.

But the bass and mix is innovative the right way.

Also Jeezy has alot of truth in his rhymes.

Really revisiting alot of his work almost 20 years later - which went by hella quick - he's got classics!

I just watched this video for the first time.

It's perfect. That's it. And that bass? fukk!

Those 3 albums that everyone here is mentioning, I have I heard an as consistent consensus in rap other than Redman's Whut thee, Darkside and Muddy Waters.

Thinking of solo artists it's hard to think of other 3 album runs like that. Maybe Busta Rhymes, Em, Kanye.

I still haven't heard any of these three in full! Any of them. Just singles. I'm hyped to check them out!

I like his car bass heavy tracks. The type when the car pulls up on the block and your blown away. The right way. Jeezy has that. If any of you can recommend those types of Jeezy tracks or his grimiest ones in general let me know!

TM104 is better than The Recession, imo. I'd put his top three as TM101, TM102, TM104.

I also think Trappin' Ain't Dead is his best mixtape, which is probably in the minority as well.
