Whats the difference between confidence and arrogance?

it's all about how it's perceived...there really isn't a difference

There is a big difference between arrogance and confidence. A lot of posts in this thread have brought up good points

Eric Snow talking the same trash = arrogance

Some good points were made, but I wholeheartedly believe that to truly excel and be among the very best - the elite, even - at whatever your craft may be, you have to exude both. Unwavering confidence + an air of arrogance.
