What's the difference between Hotline Miami and Retro City Rampage?

Can't shake the feeling that hotline Miami is basically a glorified flash game it's fun tho.

I got retro city on 3ds. That's fun too. It's pretty much like the old GTAs with a lot of 80s references.

Retro city rampage had a infinite amount of potential as a throw back retro game.


Hotline Miami exceeded all expectations and the soundtrack made it legendary.
