Whats the GOAT city when its snowy

I wanna do a 3-4 day trip in feb or march with my girl to a city that gets some snow. Researching this its mostly cac ski resorts and the like. Is like NYC or some other big city nice when it snows or do I gotta go to some aspen type shyt to enjoy it?

NYC is nice when it snows.. sucks in the days after when all the snow gets dirty though.

If you go to Minneapolis, check out Minnehaha Falls. The waterfall freezes over in the winter and it's beautiful
