I can't think of any movies but my most rememberable was from the show House of Cards, the end of s2 first episode. The MC Frank spent the first season breaking th 4th wall talking to audience all the time. In s2 first episode, he ignores us like any other character. This whole episode was wild and Frank was almost acting out of character, especially because he need shared what he was thinking with the audience.
Then breaks the 4th wall right at the end with " you thought I forgot about you". It really showed how much of a psyco Frank really is when we can't tell what he's think....his acting "normal" doesn't look right.
The show "You" does sort of the same thing. Take out all those internal monologues he has in between conversations with other characters and the MC is a hyper awkward creep. Only 2 two other characters called him out for just staring and not talking, mid conversation....everyone else ignores it.

The fact that this was actually a blooper makes it even funnier. Eddie Murphy actually couldn't believe Randolph & Mortimer said that goofy ish to him.
