Im a dude that don't like to argue…love a good debate but never argue with people I feel its a waste of time. I just had to argue 3 of my employers down cause they tryna get rid of me and act like I'm not suppose to notice the shyt. I hate putting unnecessary negative energy in the air specially when i know I'm right.

I had to discipline an old white lady on my team for spouting pro-Donald Trump rhetoric last Friday :snoop: (I was going to make a thread on it but figured it wasn't worth it and my thread titles are :trash: so I always get the bushes treatment)

Old lady on my team who normally hits her numbers :ehh: so I let her cook.

She comes in and two younger people on the team are talkinbout "Feel the Bern" and having a friendly debate about Bernie vs. Hillary. I let em cook because it was Friday and everybody was good :manny:

She chimes in and says "Well I think Trump is the best candidate" :usure:

the two of them look at her and do a mix of :dahell: and :mjlol: at this lady

She starts saying "how can we keep our country safe if we keep letting terrorists in" and "Donald is the best businessman...he can turn around the economy"

The debate starts to get heated :damn: so I ask everyone to chill out :whoa:

*fycked up my morning coli routine by the way* :martin:

She keeps going and the other two sit down. She starts saying stuff like "Oh TL15 you let them voice their opinions but not me"

inside I'm like :pachaha: but outside I keep the :jbhmm:

She keeps going and says I'm infringing on her 1st amendment rights...:shaq2:

I had to take her into a conference room and she kept baiting me to argue. I told her "all this over me asking you to stop being disruptive :aicmon:"

ended up giving her a verbal for disobedience and insubordination :camby::ufdup:

The Truth
White lady at my job

I was sent there to work on a system they said was down. I fix the original problem but you know how it goes... There's always something else.

I ask her to assist me because there's something new that's wrong and I might need to come back later...

She starts saying that that's no good and this is "mission critical" like her fatass has ever been in the military.

I give her the :comeon: face but try to keep my cool and explaining to her that I got people working on it at the office but if I can't get this up now then I'll have to comeback later. She starts arguing then starts blaming ME for it not working now, saying it worked before I came out there..

I looked at her and said "If it was working before I came out here then why am I here now :demonic:"

I said it angrily but without raising my voice but also said it in front of all her employees and everyone got quiet. I didn't give a fukk, I was already having a bad day.

They probably won't ask me to come back and I honestly don't care

Tuesday with my supervisor and manager. The concourse manager that's in charge of all international checkpoints sent a mass email saying each time someone calls out the supervisor's as well as the officers has to write a statement and a review of their call out history for the past 3 months, they call it the "Intro Base Conversation." Anyways, I'm on FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act) for my anxiety. According to HR department, I'm allowed to call out 1-2 times a week though I try not to do it so often but when I take my medication for it, it leaves me incapitated thus I have to call out.
Tuesday was the 4th time my supervisor had to sit me down about my call out. At this moment, I told her I'm filing an EEOC complaint on her and the ones above her because I feel harassed for my medical issue. The argument got heated enough that the manager had to step in, trying to defuse the situation but that shyt pisses me off. According to their own guild lines, they are violating my HIPPA law because Im being harassed over my call out when I'm on FMLA. I also told them I'm gonna file a discrimination suit as well because they pick and choose who they wanna have a sit down with, they don't do it for everyone.
